Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
 - 20 ounces chopped semi-sweet or dark chocolate
 - 10 cups whole milk
 - 1 can evaporated milk
 - 1/2 cup sugar
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 cup hot water
 
Directions
- Add cocoa powder to a bowl and mix with hot water using a whisk until combined
 - In a large crockpot, add cocoa mixture, chopped chocolate, heavy cream, milk, evaporated milk, and salt.
 - Cook the hot chocolate on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours. Stir the hot chocolate every hour to keep the chocolate from settling on the bottom.
 - Keep warm and serve!
