Tiger Stripe Brownie Cheesecake

Prep Time: 15 minutes // Total Time: 1 hour


  • 1 package fudge brownie mix (13″ x 9″ pan size)
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 6 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 drops yellow food coloring
  • 1/4 cup hot fudge topping, warmed


  1. Heat oven to 350°F and coat a 9-inch springform pan or 13 x 9 inch pan with melted butter.
  2. Prepare brownie mix according to package and add to pan.
  3. In a small bowl, beat together the cream cheese, butter, sugar, flour and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and food coloring; beat on low speed until just combined.
  5. Spread on top of brownie mix.
  6. Drizzle the warm fudge over the cheesecake batter and cut lines through it with the tip of a butter knife.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Set on wire rack to cool before cutting.
